And we do it again.

Here it is, the long awaited sequel to last week's video tour of our first home.

I apologise for focussing too much on the roof you can't see and have no idea why I bothered to point out my laundry basket in such detail. Also... the stairwell down to the garage. Apparently I'm fascinated by it.

One thing I didn't mention that I wish I had is the art on our fridge. It's goodbye art from the kids that were in our wedding. My, my how they grow up. Sniff.

Cheers!

  1. I love your new place!!! SO BIG!! Double sinks! Glass movie star shower! Huge living room! FIREPLACE!

Also, it's funny that you don't like all the stairs. I LOVE having stairs in our house - to me it makes it feel bigger. One-story houses, I very much dislike. That was actually one of my semi-must-haves when we were looking at houses, haha.

    HI KARL!

  2. Ahhh I love it! It's SO BIG. And isn't having a linen closet the best thing in the world? I cried tears of joy when I saw ours. If I could hug it, I would.

The jury is out on stairs. Sometimes I want a house with them, and sometimes I don't. I've always had a lot of stairs and don't know any different.

  3. Guess what. I'm reading this on the laptop, so I can comment! Hooray! And I even took notes so that I can give a thorough comment and make it worth coming onto the computer for.

It is so fun to see where you are living now! Is it a townhouse?

I totally understand not wanting to use all those bathrooms. So much cleaning!

I have a little bit of empty cupboards too. It is such a wonderful feeling.

How are you liking the fridge size?

Ummm...why won't you use the fireplace?

I like stairs. It makes it feel like a grown up house. Much the same as having a large fridge, but higher up on the scale.

I totally agree that front loaders are overrated. They are up there with bottom freezers.

I have never understood those people who insist on having two sinks. I understand that some women can take a long time to get ready, but what do their men do? And how much of it actually involves the sink? Won't one sink with a vanity area do? Really.

Is there another door at the very top of the stairs? It was hard to see, but it looked like it.
